• The tenant referral programme only applies to referrals from tenants renting residential, commercial, industrial and medical suites listed in www.fareast.com directly from Far East Organization Sales and Leasing Group, excluding offices at Orchard Rendezvous Hotel and Regency House.
• There should be no third-party agents involved.
• Cash rewards for referrer and referred tenant are each capped at S$25,000 per tenancy.
• Cash rewards are payable to the company if the lease is signed under company’s name. If the lease is signed under personal name, the cash rewards are payable in the personal name of the tenant.
• Cash rewards are applicable to rental excluding outgoing charges i.e. furniture rental, air-con servicing etc.
• Referral fee and cash reward are payable only after Tenancy Agreement is signed, lease commences, security deposits and advance rental are received.
